Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, we give you the option to return it to us. However, please let us know in advance if you wish to do so. Make sure you contact us via our email within 14 days of receiving the product. Once the return has been accepted, we will send you an email back as soon as possible.
If you have received a product that is already broken, we will endeavour to replace it with a new one. This is to ensure that you can still enjoy our products. Please ensure that you do not use the product if it has already been received broken and that when returning a broken product it is carefully packed to prevent possible damage or leakage. After inspecting the broken product, we will take steps to make improvements if applicable and send you your new item as soon as possible. The return address can be found at the bottom of this document.
If you have received a product that you ordered in error, you may return it to us provided that it is unopened and unused. If the product has been opened and/or used, we cannot take it back due to hygienic reasons.
If you are generally not satisfied with your product, please send us an e-mail describing the reasons for your dissatisfaction and we will do our best to find an appropriate solution.
Our staff will analyse each situation and each product. If we find that we are being misled or lied to, we will not send a new item and/or a refund. However, if you are honest and open about your situation, we promise to do our best to help you. We want to make sure that we deliver a satisfactory outcome to every problem.
