Shipping agreement

When ordering via our website, we offer an open and transparent shipping service. Each customer order is packed and shipped in bubble wrap or other appropriate material. We may use PostNL, DHL or other delivery services to transport our products to you.

We ship to the following countries:

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, United Kingdom*.

We also ship to other countries, but there may be an increased risk. When ordering, please take into account the laws and regulations of the destination country. We do not accept any liability for lost packages due to border control in any country. We have noticed that shipments to the UK are more often checked and intercepted by e.g. customs. You, the customer, bear the risk of ordering goods that you may not receive according to the laws in your country and/or rules of customs. To understand these laws and regulations, please contact your country’s customs authority and/or contact the delivery service used (e.g. DHL) for possible solutions to any problems with your delivery.
